Habana Village

Habana Village is located at 1834 Columbia Road, N.W. Washington, D.C. It has three levels and offers salsa dancing on Wednesday-Saturday. It offers salsa classes on each of those dates for $10, and on it has a live band on Saturday.  It is a restaurant that specializes in Cuban Food. The food is excellent. Habana Village has pasted the test of time and always has its crowd regardless of what's happening at any other salsa club. On Friday and Saturday nights the men pay a $5 cover, women are free.

Zanzibar

Zanzibar is located at 800 Water Street, S.W. Washington, D.C. It is promoted by Eileen Torres. Zanzibar is open on for Salsa dancing on Thursday nights. Eileen Torres has made it into one of the premier salsa nights in Washington, D.C. She brings some of the biggest names of salsa to perform there, sponsors a tribute to men and women in salsa, to cherographers, people of interest and recognition of people that have made great contributions to Latin music and culture. 

Barking Dog

The Barking Dog is located in Bethesda, Maryland. It is promoted by Michelle Reyes. Michelle has been promoting it for the past five years. It is on Tuesday night and is one of the few Tuesday's that has survived. The DJ Mike (El Sonero) Morales, is one DC's premier DJ's and he plays some great dancer's tempo salsa. There's  a $ 5 cover charge.

Salsa Room (Formerly Cecilia's)

The Salsa Room, formerly Cecilia's, is located at: 2619 Columbia Pike, Arlington, Va. It offers salsa dancing and classes from Wednesday-Saturday. A live band, Sin Miedo, plays on Friday nights. It has a large dance floor and a restaurant and it has a $10 cover. 

Ecities

This clubs offers salsa on Tuesday night. It is located in Tyson's Corner, Virginia located near Tyson's Corner shopping mall. It has been around for several years and offers some great salsa on Tuesday night. It also offers a salsa class.

Station Nine

Station Nine is promoted by Earl Rush and Lee (El Gringuito).  It is one of the hottest clubs playing salsa on Wednesday Night. It is located on U. Street, near 15th N.W. Washington, D.C. They play some great dancer's tempo salsa.

Salsa Venue's

A Salsa venue is location where Latin Music is played. It could be a hotel, restaurant, a studio or any place where space is used to play Latin music and dance on a specific day of the week.

Clarendon Grill

The Clarendon Grill is located at: 1101 North Highlans Street, Arlington, Virginia. It offers salsa dancing and class on Monday night only. It was started by Ann and Dan Roman and is now being promoted by Keith Givens. It was the first Monday night salsa in Virginia. It offers live music, salsa classes, and DJ Bruno (El Unico) is the great DJ that plays there. There is a $5 cover charge. Some of the cities best dancers go there.  

 Dance Collective

The D.C. Dance Collective is located on  Wisconsin Ave. N.W. Washington, D.C. It is a location where a number of dances are taught. Mr. Mambo of DC Salsa Fame has a salsa night there every Saturday night. It is the premier place for dancers to go on Saturday night. It is not a club but a large dance studio with a great dance floor.

Lucky Bar

The Lucky Bar is located on Connecticut Ave. N.W. Washington, D.C. It is the oldest Monday Night salsa club in the city.  It is a bar, tha offers salsa on Monday nights.
